Sisyphus Synopsis:
This play about the myth of Sisyphus would take place in the Victorian era. The myth is about a man who cheated death twice. The man Sisyphus, has revealed King Zeus' secret of stealing another man's woman. Zeus is angered and has sent Lord Death his way to end Sisyphus and get revenge. Sisyphus beats Death in a game of chess where the ultimatum was whether he lived or died. After he grew of old age and died, his wife followed his instructions so he could once again cheat death. Since Sisyphus didn't have the money to pay Death he sent him back to his wife. Zeus is once again angered and punishes Sisyphus to a dungeon for the rest of his life to chip away at his life.
